Introduction#
The Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) is the national standards body of Bangladesh. Functioned primarily under the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution Act, 2018, it is responsible for formulating Bangladesh Standards (BDS) for products, services, and processes, implementing quality control measures, operating the Certification Mark (CM) scheme, and providing metrology services.
